Roberto Ceresoli
Sole Director and General Manager
Born in Milan in 1953, he graduated in civil engineering from Politecnico, the school of engineering of Milan in 1978. Before joining FNM Group, he was responsible for the Transport Plan for Libya and Veneto Region, as well as the new railway services and facilities for the ports of Genoa and La Spezia, the project for the re-qualification of Maputo railway junction and the Reorganisation and Development plan for the ports of Venice and Chioggia. In 1996 he was appointed General Manager of Interporto Milano Sud S.p.a. and in 1998 he joined Ferrovie Nord Milano Ingegneria (the present NORD_ING) as Technical Manager. Since 2006, he has been working as FERROVIENORD operational vice-director, responsible also for track wiring and equipment upgrading and maintenance works. In the same year, he was appointed sole director of NORD_ING.
